Reached work tasks all done by my chef already.. So nothing much to do..
Brought butternut squash, once finished lunch orders and not so busy, its time to learn more about carving..
Butternut is a little hard on the outside and soft inside, so its not very difficult to cut.. The difference of the colour on the skin and flesh can be seen very clearly too..
First my chef showed me how he cut fish.. I see take a pic.. End.
Then he teach me how to carve on the squash.. He open up for me then I continued.. Total carved 4 flowers! But cause I say wanna bring home then he cut away the not nice flowers.. Haha. Really need to improve on my skills :)
